Full Job Description JOB Appointment Term:

This is a three-year position, with the potential for extension based on program needs, funding, and performance.25.6% High Demand Pay will be added to the determined salary The Nursing Simulation Manager provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight of simulation-based education within the Nursing Department. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating simulation curriculum across LPN, BSN, and certificate programs to ensure alignment with program outcomes, accreditation standards, and Washington Administrative Code (WAC) requirements. The Simulation Manager leads the advancement of high-quality, evidence-based simulation practices consistent with INACSL standards and supports regulatory compliance, including the Washington Administrative Codes (WAC)related to simulation in nursing education. This role works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to integrate simulation throughout the curriculum and enhance student learning, clinical judgment, and patient safety.

In partnership with the Nursing Dean and Director, this position supervises simulation operations, including personnel, resources, and technology, and plays a key role in achieving and maintaining simulation accreditation.
