What you will do:
Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following the facility policy and procedures - redirecting or educating as necessary Participate in training programs and assist with new staff orientation Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents Process/assist with all new admission orders Must have: Current RN license without any enforcement action against it Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred BLS Certified Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities. Caldera Cares for you!
