We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead patient care operations, staff performance, and clinical quality in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily staffing, patient flow, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff Ensure compliance with clinical policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements Lead quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and vendors to maintain efficient operations Participate in accreditation readiness and ongoing performance improvementQualifications:
Active Washington State RN license (in good standing) Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (ASC or surgical setting preferred) Minimum 2+ years of leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience (ASC or surgical setting preferred) Experience in perioperative or surgical services (strongly preferred) ACLS certified (or ability to obtain within 3 months) Knowledge of Medicare, state regulations, and accreditation standards (AAAHC preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWork Environment:
Fast-paced surgical setting requiring flexibility and strong prioritization Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with clinical duties as needed Able to lift, and carry supplies and equipment as needed. Possesses manual dexterity, hearing acuity, and visual acuity, which are important to the performance of the basic job tasks. Speaks clearly and distinctly to perform extensive communication required with staff, patients and their families/escorts, vendors, physicians and other third parties.Pay:
$60.00- $70.
