The Operating Room Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Perioperative Services. As an OR Nurse Manager this leader guides charge nurses and OR RNs and surgical technologists and unit coordinators. This role partners with anesthesia leaders and surgeons and sterile processing and PACU to achieve smooth flow.

The Operating Room Nurse Manager supports a primarily outpatient and elective program with a dedicated surgery center. The Perioperative Services Manager collaborates with more than 30 surgeons and oversees about 250 procedures each month. The culture is fast paced and supportive with excellent physicians and skilled techs and a coordinated pre op and PACU team.

The Operating Room Nurse Manager drives education mentoring and competency validation for all perioperative staff. As an Operating Room Clinical Manager you lead quality improvement and patient safety and regulatory readiness. You manage staffing scheduling budgeting and supply stewardship in partnership with physicians and operations.
