Job Description
Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for mental health and leadership? We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to join a mental health and residential treatment program in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for a nurse who wants to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals in crisis while leading and mentoring a dedicated care team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping care delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused services. Your leadership will directly influence clinical outcomes, staff development, and the overall quality of care in a mental health setting. What You'll Do Provide clinical oversight and leadership for nursing and direct care staff in a mental health setting Deliver and oversee compassionate, outcome-driven nursing care aligned with agency, county, and state standards Conduct physical health assessments and routine screenings, including blood pressure and glucose monitoring Administer and supervise medication services, including MAR reviews, injections, and blood draws as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, prescribers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to evaluate treatment effectiveness Participate in crisis intervention and support individuals during acute mental health episodes Guide care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making to support recovery-oriented outcomes Coordinate discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care, referrals, and follow-up services Educate, mentor, and support nursing and direct care staff to promote best practices and professional growth Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
