Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Schedule:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week The Adolescent Unit Nursing Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for the adolescent inpatient unit, ensuring safe, therapeutic, and developmentally appropriate care. This role supervises nursing and unit staff, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintains compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure Experience in behavioral health and/or adolescent psychiatric nursing Demonstrated leadership, communication, and clinical decision‑making skills
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing and unit staff on the adolescent unit during assigned shifts Ensure safe staffing, consistent clinical practice, and a therapeutic treatment environment Serve as a clinical resource for adolescent psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and de‑escalation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care Respond to patient emergencies, behavioral crises, and operational concerns Promote compliance with policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements Support staff coaching, education, quality initiatives, and performance improvement efforts
Salary:
Starting from $45.00 to $67.50 an hour
