This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily pre-surgical operations, supporting and developing RN staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across the department. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance management, workflow improvement, and collaboration with providers, ASC teams, and clinic leadership to support efficient patient flow and positive team culture. The RN Supervisor will also help drive process improvement initiatives, support compliance and quality standards, and serve as a key resource for staff, providers, and department operations.

Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM Pay range starts at $112,643.00 annually , with placement within the range based on relevant experience.Requirements:
Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required. Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider certification required. At least 2 years GI endoscopy / ASC experience and previous Lead or Supervisory experience strongly preferred. ACGN certification preferred. Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.Additional Information :
•This position will transition to an off-site work schedule upon completion of the training period and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps). This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.
