Why work for St. Croix Hospice?Manager of Clinical Services Requirements & Responsibilities:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters) Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insuranceBenefits & Schedule:
