About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Clinical Compliance Coordinator to oversee the clinical operations of our assisted living community. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with Wisconsin assisted living regulations. The Clinical Services Administrator collaborates closely with the Executive Director, healthcare providers, residents, families, and caregiving staff to promote exceptional clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of nursing and clinical services in accordance with Wisconsin assisted living regulations and company policies. Conduct resident assessments, develop service plans, and ensure plans are reviewed and updated as needed. Monitor resident health status and coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, home health agencies, hospice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise, mentor, and support caregiving and medication management staff. Ensure proper medication management practices are followed and documented. Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, infection prevention standards, and quality assurance initiatives. Participate in resident admissions, move-ins, and discharge planning. Respond appropriately to resident emergencies and clinical concerns. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure confidentiality of resident information. Assist with staff orientation, education, competency evaluations, and ongoing training. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in regulatory surveys and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Professional Developments Specialize in the healthcare of Residents with Alzheimer's disease, other forms of Dementia, and other intellectual developmental disabilities. Knowledge of clinical and regulatory process relating to assisted living - CBRF, as specified in WI DHS 83 and Chapter 50 to ensure the facility and its operations remain in compliance. Thorough knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of personnel administration, recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance evaluation. Skills and Abilities The appropriate use and delegation of authority, to plan and supervise the work of others in a manner conductive to attaining full performance, productivity and high morale. Ability to mentor and lead employees. Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively. Organization and documentation skills. Deal tactfully and courteously with internal and external individuals and groups. Recognize facts and exercise sound judgment in arriving at solutions. Identify, find and implement workable solutions or alternative ways to solve problems. Capacities The capacity to maintain continuity of thought and purpose over prolonged periods of time regardless of the frequency of interruptions and situations; The stamina to work long hours under pressure and to function effectively during stressful situations. The capacity to work full-time hours, 40-45/week. Typically, hours range between 7a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekends. The ability to be on call every third week. Experience Active WI LPN or RN license is required Acceptable professional experience in long term care; graduation from an approved technical college or university. 3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing. Experience with ECP, Nurse call systems, delayed egress, and Microsoft suite is preferred. 3-5 years in a leadership, supervisory, or management required. Other Requirements Attend all Attend all regular staff meetings, required training sessions, and any other mandatory meeting as posted. Limited out of town travel is required for industry training events. Successful criminal background check, driver's license, and proof of auto insurance, and completed reference checks.
