Full‑time, salaried position (1.0)
Schedule:
Primarily Monday-Friday clinic hours (7:30/8:00 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM) with flexibility. Includes occasional early morning and evening leadership meetings. Lead a multidisciplinary team and help shape the future of a growing specialty program. Position Overview As the RN Clinical Supervisor for Obesity Medicine & Bariatric Surgery, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 caregivers, including Registered Dietitians, Registered Nurses, and Medical Assistants. This role is central to ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while optimizing clinic operations in a dynamic outpatient setting. This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative and adaptable nurse leader who is energized by team development, operational problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact on both patient care and team culture. This role requires a leader who is comfortable navigating change, balancing competing priorities, and building alignment across a diverse team.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture by strengthening team dynamics Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, staffing coordination, and efficient use of space and resources Partner with providers and leadership to improve workflows, patient access, and care delivery outcomes Lead decisively in a fast-paced environment, often making informed decisions with evolving or incomplete information Balance leadership responsibilities with limited clinical involvement Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to ongoing program and operational improvements

What You'll Bring:
Active RN license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers CPR Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3-4 years of RN experience
