As our RN Unit Manager, you will lead and coordinate total nursing care for residents on your assigned unit while supporting and guiding your team. ✨Key Responsibilities:
Complete assessments, MDS, and care plans Perform medication administration & treatments Conduct chart audits Manage admissions & discharge planning Ensure compliance with State & Federal regulations Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff Drive quality assurance initiatives ✅What We're Looking For:
Current Wisconsin RN License MDS experience (required) Prior supervisory experience (preferred) Strong leadership & communication skillsWhat We Offer:
