Registered Nurse Manager

We are looking for a caring and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team in our CBRF setting. This role focuses on resident assessments, treatments, clinical oversight, and supporting the day-to-day healthcare needs of our residents. The RN is part of the assisted living leadership team and works closely with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to help ensure residents receive quality care. Strong professional communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include:

Resident assessments and ongoing health evaluations Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status Oversee treatments, medication management, and physician orders Maintain accurate documentation Provide guidance and support to caregivers and medication aides Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination Help ensure compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations and facility policies Supporting assisted living leadership via phone The typical schedule is during day shift hours, Monday through Friday. Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Qualified applicants must have an active Wisconsin RN license. Pay:

$33.00 - $37.00 per hour
