RN Charge Nurse/Unit Manager:

Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with all regulations Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and respectful team environment Provide direct nursing care as needed, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments Monitor residents' conditions and ensure timely interventions and accurate documentation Act as a liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to ensure high standards are maintained Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote ongoing professional development Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe and clean environment

Who We're Looking For:
