Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Domestic Care Tech (DCT) to provide exceptional care for our residents in Colonial Springs Long Term Care in Buffalo, MO. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department:

Colonial Springs Healthcare Center is a 134- bed long term care, skilled nursing center. It includes a 34- bed memory care unit, as well as a 16-bed high functioning memory care unit. These units meet the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day includes:

A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents. Prepares residents for meals, serves, and collects food trays and nourishment, and document intakes. Serves and collects food trays and nourishments. Stocks linen in rooms from linen closets.
