We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Nutrition Patient Services Technician to join our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive the meals they need while providing friendly, caring service during their hospital stay. As a Nutrition Patient Services Technician, you'll play an important role in the patient experience by delivering meals, assisting with meal selections, and ensuring dietary orders are delivered accurately and safely. This position combines customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail while providing meaningful support to patients and caregivers throughout the hospital. What You'll Do Deliver patient meal trays accurately and efficiently throughout the hospital Assist patients with meal selections and menu requests Provide compassionate, courteous customer service to patients and families Ensure meal deliveries align with dietary orders and department procedures Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards Record food and equipment temperatures as required Stock and maintain service areas Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for service Collaborate closely with nursing staff, dietitians, and fellow team members What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Enjoys helping others and providing excellent customer service Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable walking throughout the hospital and being active during the workday Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Demonstrates kindness, professionalism, and integrity

Day Shift
  • 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
5 8hr shifts/week Variable shifts including weekend and holidays. On Call Coverage required.
