Ingredient Salad Preparer - Nutrition Services

Participates as a member of the Nutrition Service Team with primary responsibility for performing a variety of tasks (preparing, plating, and serving food) as assigned for patient/resident or retail meals. Follows standard practices and regularly scheduled hours.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or general education equivalent, and one year of restaurant or institutional cooking experience required. Must pass an annual Serve Safe competency course.

Skills and/or knowledge needed are:

ability to read and follow recipes (basic ingredient measuring knowledge), safely use and clean kitchen equipment, basic math, reading, comprehension and manual dexterity skills.

$17 - $26.35;

Work Status:

Mon-Fri with a TBD day off and eo weekend. Varied times 6:00am - 2:30pm / 10:30am - 7:00pm ;
