Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Chief Dietitian, the nutrition assistant performs essential patient care duties associated with the nutritional care of all patients, including meal selection, tray assembly and delivery, and clerical duties.

5:30am-3:30pm; 7:30am-5:30pm. Weekend rotation required (every other Sat and Sun)
Job Essentials:
Prior work experience serving meals to patients is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to understand and react effectively to the unique nutritional needs of patients of all ages as attained through educational training, continuing education or experience. Excellent customer service skills required. Computer skills required.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED. Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Minimum rate:
$16.53p/h
