Create Impact:
Provide hands-on support that helps build life skills, confidence, and independence.
Promote Health & Wellness:
Develop and implement nutrition and meal plans that improve wellbeing.
Educate & Empower:
Teach practical skills like meal planning, grocery shopping, and health food choices in ways that are approachable and sustainable.
Monitor Progress & Drive Outcomes:
Track nutrition and wellness progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure services support long-term success. Advocate for

What We're Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred especially in nutrition, health sciences, human services, or related field. Passion for

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience:
Experience in nutrition, human services or related field is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
