Occupational Therapist

Bachelor's Degree- Occupational Therapy or, Master's Degree
- Occupational Therapy or, Ph.D.
- Occupational Therapy. Alaska Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years- Experience in subspecialty.
