Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' occupational performance and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and therapy sessions Participate in mandatory in-services and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Alabama Minimum 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (new graduates welcome to apply!)
