Daytime or After School Kidsource Therapy is hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve children and families in the Sheridan clinic area and surrounding community settings. This role is ideal for an OT or experienced COTA who enjoys hands-on, functional therapy and values working closely with caregivers. Therapists provide services in clinic, daycare, and other natural environments , with schedules built to include documentation, planning, and travel time . Schedule & Availability We are currently hiring for: Part-time daytime availability , or Part-time after-school availability Due to current needs, after-school candidates must be available at least three afternoons per week (approximately 3:00-5:00 p.m.) to be considered. Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for Arkansas licensure) Experienced COTAs will be considered Comfortable working with families and caregivers Interest in pediatric, functional, play-based therapy Why Kidsource Therapy Kidsource Therapy is a therapist-led organization with 165+ team members providing pediatric services across Arkansas.
