Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start) School-based OT experience highly preferred Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy documentation Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive OT services to students for the full school year Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for optimal student support Assess, plan, and implement strategies that facilitate student participation and success in academic and daily life tasks Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by school protocols Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
