Our model focuses on the underlying sensory and neurological factors that impact behavior, attention, coordination, and functional participation. Our therapists are supported in developing strong clinical reasoning skills within a structured, mentorship-driven environment and use individualized, therapist-directed sensorimotor interventions to help children achieve meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement sensory integration-informed interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Provide parent education and home programming Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Arizona OT license (or eligible)
