Setting:
Preschool / Early Childhood Education Interviewing Now for the 2026-2027 School Year! Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Florence, Arizona area. This position will primarily serve preschool-aged students at the district's Copper Basin campus, helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills necessary for success in the classroom and everyday activities. This is an excellent opportunity for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about early childhood development and making a meaningful impact during critical learning years.
Position Details Full-Time:
40 hours per week
Assignment Dates:
July 15, 2026 - May 28, 2027 Onsite services only Primary caseload consists of preschool students Caseload may vary based on therapist experience and district needs Structured school calendar with scheduled breaks throughout the year: Two-week break following each academic quarter Three-week winter break Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, self-help, and functional classroom skills Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications Required:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
Preferred:
