THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a school-based assignment supporting students in Parker, AZ 85344. The position is based out of Lake Havasu City, AZ, with a carpool arrangement covering the 37-mile commute to the school site. The OT will deliver direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP-aligned treatment plans for paediatric students. This is a school-year contract (July May) with relocation assistance considered for the ideal candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide occupational therapy services to paediatric students in a school-based setting Conduct standardised evaluations and develop individualised treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams on student progress and care planning Monitor and document student progress; adjust therapy plans as clinically indicated Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school, district, and state OT documentation requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) Licence current and in good standing Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience in paediatric or school-based occupational therapy settings preferred Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation standards, and special education frameworks Strong interpersonal, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills now: Permanent Placement | Confidential
