Position:

Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Available) Are you a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist who wants to make a real impact in a skilled nursing setting—without burnout or micromanagement? Montecito Post Acute is looking for an OT who values teamwork, patient-centered care, and a positive work culture. About the Role As part of our in-house therapy team , you'll work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary partners to help patients regain independence, mobility, and confidence following illness or injury.

What You'll Do:

Deliver evidence-based OT services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track measurable outcomes Collaborate daily with nursing, case management, and rehab leadership Support safe discharges and functional transitions back to home or community settings Build meaningful relationships with patients and families Why Montecito Post Acute? What We're Looking For Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license Strong clinical judgment and patient-first mindset Skilled Nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)
