Home Health Occupational Therapist Billet Health - 3.6 Peoria, AZ Job Details Per diem $80 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Driver's License Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health West Valley & East Valley Opportunities Available | Per Diem | Part-Time Billet Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized, high-quality therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Our clinicians serve communities throughout Arizona, Nevada, California, New Mexico, and Texas. Position Overview The Occupational Therapist provides intermittent in-home occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to build your own schedule and manage your caseload. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive in-home patient evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and independence Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home safety Document patient progress and clinical findings Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Coordinate and schedule visits directly with patients Typical visits are approximately 60 minutes. Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance CPR or BLS certification Current TB documentation (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years) Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona applicants only) Benefits Flexible scheduling Ability to build your own caseload 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance
