Responsibilities:

Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Support IEP development and implementation Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or ability to obtain) NBCOT certification (or eligibility) Background check and TB clearance Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

School-based or pediatric experience
