Responsibilities The Occupational Therapists per forms evaluation/re-evaluation, develops, plan of care, provides evidence-based treatment, assesses data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interprets information relative to the patient's needs. Works closely with the patient, family, and other members of a physician-led team in providing individualized patient treatment. Completes required documentation of care and appropriate billing consistent with professional guidelines. Engages in research, education and quality initiatives in pursuit of excellence in the provision of care and develops and carries out a personal plan for professional growth. A small subset of employees may be required to drive on a regular or occasional basis. Duties require extensive standing and walking, frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling can crouching. Requires heavy lifting, pushing and position/ transferring patients. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Also, Mayo ClinicDOES NOT

extension program. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university required. An academic or professional doctorate is preferred (PhD, DSc, OTD). Advanced Board Specialty Certification is preferred. Current Arizona licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date. Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency. Exemption Status Exempt Compensation Detail $82,908 - $124,467 / year Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details Monday - Friday, weekend and holiday rotation included.
