School-Based Interviewing Now for the 2026-2027 School Year! Soliant Health is actively seeking two dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, onsite opportunities in the Phoenix, Arizona area. These positions offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in a collaborative educational setting, helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based Occupational Therapists looking to join a supportive multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact throughout the school year. Full-Time:
40 hours per week
Assignment Dates:
August 3, 2026 - May 20, 2027
- Onsite services only
- Two full-time openings
- School assignments and caseloads will be determined prior to the start of the school year
- Full scope of school-based occupational therapy services
- School-based experience required
- COTAs will not be considered for this position Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, self-help, and functional classroom skills
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines Qualifications Required
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous school-based occupational therapy experience required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team Preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Experience with sensory integration strategies and adaptive equipment
