Soliant Health is actively seeking two dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, onsite opportunities in the Phoenix, Arizona area. These positions offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in a collaborative educational setting, helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed for success in the classroom and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based Occupational Therapists looking to join a supportive multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact throughout the school year. Position Details

Full-Time:

40 hours per week

Assignment Dates:

August 3, 2026 - May 20, 2027

• Onsite services only
• Two full-time openings
• School assignments and caseloads will be determined prior to the start of the school year
• Full scope of school-based occupational therapy services
• School-based experience required
• COTAs will not be considered for this position Responsibilities
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, visual motor, self-help, and functional classroom skills
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines Qualifications Required
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team Preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Experience with sensory integration strategies and adaptive equipment
