Job Description

$3,600/week Occupational Therapist Opportunity at a Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ Accepting local candidates from the Valley (if applicable, compensation may vary—please inquire for details)
Start Date:
ASAP Schedule:
40 hours per week (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

$3,600.00 (
Breakdown:
$3,245.22 base + $354.78 weekly bonus)
Weekly Non-Taxable:
$1,393.00
Hourly Taxable:
$46.31
Overtime Rate:
$69.36 Please let us know if you are a local resident for the appropriate pay breakdown.
Requirements:
Infant
ICU/NICU
experience required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Minimum of 1 year pediatric inpatient experience, preferably in a children's hospital Current BLS certification NBCOT certification and active Arizona Occupational Therapist license Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date If interested, please contact careers@swhcstaffing.com or call/text (480) 680-8684.
