Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting located in Gadsden, AZ. This full-time, onsite contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year, serving PreK through 8th-grade students. The role involves working closely with students to support their occupational therapy needs and enhance their educational experience.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students ranging from PreK to 8th grade Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans Assess student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and school policies Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card as required by Arizona state law Experience providing OT services in a school environment, preferably with PreK-8th-grade caseloads Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently within a structured educational setting

Full academic school year (August 3, 2026 May 26, 2027), subject to change
Work Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Caseload:
To be determined, serving PreK-8th-grade students
