Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a motivated Clinic Lead Occupational Therapist to oversee our outpatient therapy program serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Scottsdale area. This role blends high‑quality clinical care with leadership, operations, referral management, community engagement, and caseload scheduling . No prior leadership experience is required —if you're motivated to grow, we will invest in you. As Clinic Lead, you will work closely with the Clinic Director for hands‑on training, mentorship, and ongoing oversight to help you succeed in this expanded role. You'll have opportunities to: Build and grow outpatient therapy programs Develop and manage referral pipelines Coordinate community events, wellness programs, and marketing initiatives Learn clinic operations, scheduling, and caseload management Participate in leadership and business development training Shape the future of therapy services in your communities What You'll Do (Clinic Lead Responsibilities) Manage referrals , track new leads, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources Coordinate community activities , events, and marketing efforts to promote therapy services Schedule and manage the OT caseload to ensure efficiency and patient access Work closely with the Clinic Director for training, mentorship, and operational oversight Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, and functional impairments Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice Help patients maximize independence, safety, and quality of life Collaborate with physicians, community staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Assist with program development and community outreach initiatives Complete timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for serving the geriatric population Motivation to pursue leadership — no prior leadership experience required Interest in program development, community engagement, and professional growth New graduates with leadership interest are welcome to apply
