Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current OT licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Knowledge of best practices for Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to adapt interventions for diverse needs and learning styles
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students with varying abilities Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement IEP goals Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as needed Educate and offer resources to families to facilitate student progress at home and in the classroom Adapt or recommend classroom modifications and assistive devices as necessary Monitor, review, and adjust interventions to maximize student outcomes You'll work in a supportive, engaging environment where your expertise makes a genuine difference.
