HOME HEALTH CASELOADS

can be built throughout the Valley (25 sessions/week is considered full-time!) Collaborate with experienced OTs, SLPs, and PTs who encourage your success. Pay:

$50-$65 per hour , depending on setting and experience.

Position Highlights Provide engaging, personalized therapy for pediatric patients (option to work with adults too, if that's of interest!) Supervise COTAs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate families on therapy techniques to support progress at home. Contribute ideas that help improve services and shape the clinic's growth. Ideal Candidate Active or pending AZ Occupational Therapy license. Ability to work in person in the Phoenix area (Valleywide options for schools and home health caseloads; clinic opportunities in Tempe) Pediatric experience preferred Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to make an impact.
