Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in a school-based setting near Vail, AZ, serving students from preschool through middle school. This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on the educational and developmental progress of young learners throughout the remainder of the current school year.
Location:
Vail, Arizona Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in preschool through middle school. Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Assess students' functional abilities and develop tailored intervention strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed. Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy licensure. Experience working within a school-based setting preferred. Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate required. Ability to manage a caseload involving preschool to middle school-aged children. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with educators and families.
