Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) Current Arizona state OT or COTA license
Desired Experience:
Experience in K-12 settings preferred Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality onsite OT or COTA services to school-aged children (K-12) Develop and execute customized treatment plans Administer assessments, collaborate with staff and families, and maintain thorough documentation Support students in reaching their highest functional potential
