PYG Therapy is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing pediatric home health team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping children develop the skills needed for daily success while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that home-based care provides. Whether you're a seasoned pediatric therapist or exploring home health for the first time, our team provides the resources, support, and communication needed to help you thrive. What We Offer Scheduling flexibility that works around your lifestyle Ongoing support with patient placement and caseload development Accessible leadership team and responsive communication Manageable productivity expectations Collaborative culture focused on clinician success Opportunity to make a lasting impact on children and their families Key Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist with PYG Therapy, you will: Deliver occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Educate caregivers and family members on techniques that support progress between visits Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Provide updates regarding patient progress, goals, and treatment recommendations Participate in care planning and ongoing treatment modifications as needed Optional opportunities available to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Scheduling Options We understand that flexibility matters.
Available scheduling arrangements include:
W-2 employment opportunities 1099 independent contractor opportunities Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly Service areas available throughout Arizona Benefits for Eligible Full-Time Employees Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional Licensure Reimbursement Annual Continuing Education Reimbursement ($250) Annual Therapy Materials/Toys Reimbursement ($100) Referral Bonus Program Required Qualifications To be considered, applicants must have: Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (OT, OTR, OTD, OTR/L, or MSOT) Current CPR certification

Article 9 certification Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Experience working with pediatric populations Previous home health experience New graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatric home health are encouraged to apply.
