Job Description

Qualifications:
Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active occupational therapy license in the applicable state is required Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred Strong communication skills for interactions with students, teachers, and families Ability to adapt interventions to individuals' unique needs
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions and evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive educational environments Document services, progress, and recommendations in compliance with policies and regulations Participate in IEP meetings and effectively communicate findings and strategies Provide consultative services and recommend adaptive equipment or strategies as needed Enjoy numerous advantages as part of this contract position, including weekly competitive pay based on your experience, comprehensive health benefit options, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
