Occupational Therapist Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. You will work closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans and assist in improving their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct evaluations to assess the patient's physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address the patient's specific needs Help patients improve their fine motor skills, coordination, and mobility Provide adaptive equipment and recommend environmental modifications to enhance the patient's independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the patient's overall well-being Keep detailed records of patient progress and participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
