• Role Overview
• The School-Based OT will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students' functional, academic, and developmental needs through individualized occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs, physician orders, and district guidelines.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assess and address student occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide direct and consultative OT services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Complete required documentation
• Other duties as assigned
• Qualifications
• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program (preferred)
• Current OT certification (preferred)
• One year of relevant experience within the past two years preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a school-based team setting

• The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.

• Minimum Requirements:
