Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a full-time Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. Position yourself at the heart of positive change, working with young learners in a dynamic and inclusive school-based setting. Your expertise will be highly valued as you help students reach their fullest potential through direct intervention, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid occupational therapy licensure Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred Comfort providing services across all grade levels (K-12) Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and service providers Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet students' diverse needs Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to support students' academic and functional success Assess students' abilities and develop actionable treatment plans Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student independence and participation Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation Support a positive and inclusive school environment by recommending classroom modifications and strategies Utilize a variety of tools and technologies, including teletherapy when needed, to reach all learners This full-year contract position offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the next academic year.
