Location:

San Diego County, CA (In-home and community-based services) Early Connections Therapy, Inc. provides in-home early intervention services to children ages birth to 3 in their natural environment. We are seeking a passionate, bilingual Occupational Therapist (Spanish/English) to provide play-based occupational therapy services and parent coaching to families throughout San Diego County. Our mission is to support children and families by equipping them with the tools needed to reach their fullest potential during the early years.

• 95 per hour for sessions and $150 per evaluation, flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, the ability to choose preferred service areas, reliable monthly pay issued on the 21st covering services provided from the 1st-31st, and a supportive team culture that values collaboration and balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home and community-based occupational therapy services to children ages 0-3, conduct developmental screenings, assessments, and evaluations, follow and implement IFSP goals, support sensory processing, fine motor, gross motor, and adaptive skill development through play-based intervention, coach parents and caregivers on strategies to embed goals into daily routines, complete required documentation including evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries within expected timelines, maintain accurate records and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required, current California Occupational Therapy License, experience in early intervention or pediatrics preferred, willingness to work in home and community-based settings, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
