Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in California (or eligible for licensure) Prior experience in school-based OT (PK-8th preferred) Ability to assess and implement IEP-driven interventions Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services 3 days per week (6.5 hours/day) Manage a caseload of approximately 19 students, developing and tracking individualized therapy goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and participation in school activities Document interventions and progress aligned with special education requirements
