Desired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Occupational Therapy license in the state Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students as part of their individualized education programs (IEPs) Assess and document students' needs, progress, and therapeutic goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student support Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations Adapt and develop interventions and strategies for classroom and daily life success Maintain accurate records and compliance with all licensure and school guidelines
