Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist Background or experience in pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy settings Strong understanding of home health and broader healthcare OT practices Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and scheduling
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs Deliver OT services in-person within schools, as well as through teletherapy or home health models as needed Track progress, gather data, and adapt therapy approaches dynamically Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support educational and developmental outcomes Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with state and district requirements
