• 5x8 Hours Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in a hospital-based outpatient setting in Napa, CA.

This role primarily supports outpatient rehabilitation services, with occasional coverage in inpatient rehabilitation as needed. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to improve patient function and independence Provide therapy services across neurological, orthopedic/hand, and pediatric populations Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries Support weekend inpatient rehabilitation coverage as required Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and adaptive strategies Required Qualifications Active Occupational Therapy license Experience in acute care or outpatient rehabilitation settings Strong background in neuro, orthopedic/hand, and/or pediatric therapy preferred Ability to work across both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation environments Prior hospital-based outpatient experience preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
