Job Description

Capuchino Therapy Group is actively hiring 2 Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) contract in Fresno/Hanford areas. This is a high-paying travel OT assignment with strong weekly compensation, benefits, and extension potential in one of California's Central Valley locations.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Rehab Extension Opportunities Available Travel OT Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services in a SNF/rehab setting Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric diagnoses Develop individualized treatment plans Complete EMR documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary rehab team Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional independence Occupational Therapist Requirements Active California OT License (or license eligible) Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience Recent Skilled Nursing / Rehab experience preferred Current BLS (if required by facility) Travel Therapist Benefits Weekly direct deposit Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Referral Bonus up to $500 Completion and/or Sign-On Bonus (when available) Dedicated travel recruiter support Fast interview and offer process Why the Central Valley in California?
