PM Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients requiring occupational therapy services in an acute care setting Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation teams Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and discharge planning Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR Ensure compliance with hospital policies and therapy standards

Requirements:
