Job Description

As a Mobility Solutions Specialist, you will manage and direct vehicle traffic to designated parking areas based on operational needs. You will be at the forefront of testing emerging parking technology, ensuring prompt reporting of feedback or issues to your direct supervisor. Additionally, you will coordinate ride-share operations for vehicles and passengers, and communicate effectively with team members to address and resolve any challenges. This role demands a dynamic individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, adapts to changing priorities, and consistently maintains professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and divert vehicle traffic to other parking areas as needed. Facilitate ride-share operations for vehicles and passengers. Communicate with the team to address and resolve operational challenges. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for newly installed parking technology. Document and report any feedback or issues encountered with the new parking technology to the direct supervisor. Uphold a high level of professionalism and expertly manage complaints through effective conflict resolution techniques. Stand for extended periods of time while performing job duties.
